LACIE
LACIE is a premium brand for Seagate, a storage media specialist. Philips Tak, and Porsche Design, and is demonstrating superior performance in design and performance. LACIE's identity is to design high-quality objects that have not been tried on storage media devices. We propose a new design that meets LACIE's brand value. 'Surface' interpreted the data in solid HDD as organic liquid flow. The shape of the surface of the water as it is crawled is very comfortable but it is made of solid aluminum. NAS and Bluetooth speakers that can share large capacity can be combined to play and play files. 'Surface' is not only an interior object, but also a new usability.
LACIE는 저장 매체 전문회사인 Seagate의 프리미엄 브랜드이다. 필립스탁, 포르쉐디자인 등과 협업하며 디자인과 성능에서 우수한 퍼포먼스를 선보이고 있다. LACIE의 아이덴티티는 저장 매체 기기에서 시도하지 않은 높은 퀄리티의 오브제를 디자인하는 것이다. LACIE의 브랜드가치에 맞는 새로운 디자인을 제안한다. 'Surface'는 단단한 HDD 안의 데이터를 유기적인 액체의 흐름으로 해석하였다. 물의 표면을 그대로 크랍해 놓은 듯한 형상은 매우 유려하지만 견고한 알루미늄으로 제작하여 안전하다. 대용량 공유가 가능한 NAS와 블루투스 스피커를 결합하여 파일 연동 및 재생을 할 수 있다. 'Surface'는 인테리어 오브제로 손색이 없을 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사용성을 부여하였다.
