found/Founded participated in a DDP Design Fair collaboration, partnering with wellness lifestyle brand 衣食住意 to develop the Slow Feed Pad for pets. The project aimed to encourage healthier eating habits while offering pet owners a simple and convenient solution that integrates easily into everyday routines.
The Slow Feed Pad features a three-dimensional pattern that naturally slows down eating while encouraging foraging and scent-based activity as pets search for food. Designed to fit inside an existing pet bowl, it eliminates the need for a separate slow-feeding bowl and can be easily removed for cleaning and storage.
Food-grade silicone was selected for safe contact with food. Its soft and flexible properties allow the pad to sit securely inside the bowl while making it easy to wash and suitable for everyday use. The functional pattern also becomes the product’s defining visual element, combining practical purpose with a refined aesthetic that blends naturally into contemporary living spaces.

파운드파운디드는 DDP디자인페어의 디자이너와 소상공인을 연결하는 협업 프로젝트에 참여하여, 웰니스 라이프스타일 브랜드 衣食住意와 함께 반려동물을 위한 Slow Feed Pad를 개발하였다. 반려동물의 빠른 식사 습관을 개선하면서도 보호자가 일상에서 쉽고 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 식기 경험을 제안하고자 하였다.
Slow Feed Pad는 반려동물이 먹이를 천천히 섭취하도록 유도하는 입체적인 패턴을 적용하여 건강한 식습관 형성을 돕고, 먹이를 찾아가는 과정에서 자연스럽게 노즈워크 활동이 이루어지도록 디자인하였다. 별도의 전용 식기를 새로 구매하지 않고 기존에 사용하던 그릇 안에 넣어 사용할 수 있어 활용도가 높으며, 필요에 따라 손쉽게 꺼내 세척하고 보관할 수 있다.
반려동물이 직접 먹이에 접촉하며 사용하는 제품인 만큼 안전성을 고려해 식품용 실리콘 소재를 적용하였다. 부드럽고 유연한 소재는 식기 안에 안정적으로 놓일 수 있도록 하며, 반복적으로 세척하고 사용할 수 있어 일상적인 관리에도 적합하다. 기능을 위한 입체 패턴 자체가 제품의 조형적 특징이 되도록 디자인하여, 반려동물의 건강한 식습관과 생활 공간의 미감을 함께 고려한 펫 웰니스 제품을 제안하였다.
