Through Samsung Electronics' Wireless Division 'Creative Square' partnership program, various items were developed that can be applied to the home furnishing sector.
With the keyword of seamless connection, the usability of IoT and furniture(accessories) was matched. This project presents various possibilities for home furnishing, such as a wireless charger that can be used as an interior tray, a speaker combined with a side table, and a diffuser combined with a mirror. In this way, the convergence of furniture and wireless technology that can be seen familiarly in the user's space will become a new direction in the rapidly changing wireless ecosystem.
'Conic Light' is a home care device with a Samsung 360 camera and interior lighting, and designed the rugged appearance of the existing home CCTV as a furnishing props familiar to the user. This allows you to naturally experience the user's lifestyle without having to learn new features or usage.
'Surface Series' is a side table and a sound device for listening to music. The lower part has a built-in speaker module and the upper part is composed of a table top plate and can be used as a home furniture. In addition, the pattern of the top plate adopts the traditional wooden texture and conveys the natural sensibility that was not felt in the electronic device. The remote control, which contains only the core functions, also serves as an object of hemispherical shape away from the conventional stereotype.
'Foggy Mirror' is a diffuser with mirror functions and an object to decorate the table. If the existing diffuser products have pursued a function-focused look, the Foggy Mirror is combined with a living-accessory mirror to create a natural and new usability. When the diffuser is in operation, the mirrors that are hidden in the water vapor create an elegant atmosphere and support wireless charging, which allows users to freely position them anywhere in the room.
The 'Charging Plate' is a wireless charger that also functions as a tray, combining wireless charging capabilities with finishing accessories to offer a new use as an accessory tray. The 'Charging Plate' consists of a central charging module and a plate module for placing accessories. The plate module can be customized according to the user's preferences, allowing it to blend seamlessly into the user's space.

삼성전자 무선사업부의 'Creative Square' 파트너십 프로그램을 통해 홈퍼니싱 분야에 적용할 수 있는 여러 가지 아이템들을 개발하였다. 자연스러운 연결(Seamless)을 핵심 키워드로 IoT와 가구(소품)의 사용성을 매칭하였다. 스마트 홈 퍼니싱 프로젝트는 인테리어 트레이로 활용가능한 무선 충전기와 사이드 테이블과 결합된 스피커, 거울과 결합된 디퓨저 등 홈퍼니싱의 다양한 가능성을 제시한다. 이처럼 사용자의 공간 속에서 익숙하게 볼 수 있는 가구와 무선 기술의 융합은 급변하고 있는 무선 생태계 속 새로운 뱡향성이 될 것이다.
